Realtor Squire ("Realtor Squire," "we," "us") provides an AI-assisted lead follow-up and qualification service for licensed real estate professionals ("Agents," "you"), including our AI assistant, Steven, and related tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you and to the leads you represent.
Realtor Squire acts on your behalf when it talks to your leads. For information about your leads that flows through the Service, you are the data controller and we act as your service provider / processor, carrying out your instructions rather than deciding independently what to do with that data.
Information you provide directly. Your name, email address, phone number, brokerage name, and license details when you request an invite, register, or communicate with us.
Information about your leads. When you use the Service, we process personal information about the people you are prospecting or representing, at your direction, including their name, phone number, email (if provided), and the content of their conversations with Steven, together with any property requirements, timeline, or preferences they share.
Messaging and platform data. Message content, delivery status, and metadata exchanged through SMS, GoHighLevel, or other connected channels, including text messaging originator opt-in and consent records.
Technical data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use this website. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your leads' information for any purpose outside operating the Service on your behalf.
Steven's responses are generated using third-party large language model providers (currently Google Gemini, with xAI Grok as a fallback). Message content is sent to these providers to generate a response and is subject to their respective data processing terms.
To be confirmed before publishing: whether Realtor Squire's current agreements with these providers exclude submitted content from model training. Do not represent a specific data-training exclusion here unless it has actually been configured and verified on the account in use.
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Realtor Squire related to your account and the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

We retain account and lead information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations. Conversation history and structured lead data are retained so that follow-up context remains accurate over time; you may request deletion of specific records or your full account data at any point (see below).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to messaging at any time.
